For this complete property overhaul, I served as the designer for both the architecture and interiors, also executing the Revit work across all disciplines, including landscaping. The scope included a significant landscape design, a pool remodel, and the development of a new pool equipment structure and art studio. A primary design consideration for the new structure was its seamless integration with the existing home and pool house. Furthermore, positioned alongside conservation land, the landscaping was thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the native ecosystem.
